All fees paid for psychological services are non-refundable, except as provided for in this policy.

 

Cancellation of Appointments

We understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client.

• How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly using the contact information provided on our website, psychologistmerve.com.

• Timely Cancellations (48 hours' notice or more): If you cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice, you will not be charged for the session. If you have already paid for the session, the amount will be held as a credit on your account and can be applied to a future appointment.

• Late Cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice): If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be responsible for the full session fee.

• Missed Appointments ("No-Shows"): If you miss a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show" and will be responsible for the full session fee.

No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or missed appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which allows us to manage our schedule and serve all our clients effectively.
